Torta di Ricotta

A cake with ricotta soft, extremely soft and with really simple ingredients.

Recipes of the Torta di Ricotta

 Ingredients:
– 500 grams of ricotta
– 100g chocolate drops
– 100 grams of sugar
– 4 eggs
– 4 tablespoons of flour
– zest of 1 lemon

– 1 tablespoon raisins
– 1 pinch salt
– vanilla essence

 Preparation:

Whip the egg yolks with the sugar, add the flour, cottage cheese, chocolate, lemon rind and raisins. Beat the egg whites with the salt and add to the mixture. Butter a mold of 24 cm in diameter, and cooking at 170 degrees for 50 minutes.
