We offer single traveller holidays in Italy: an authentic Italian cooking holidays set in a real farmhouse. This is the perfect place to learn about authentic Italian food, touring beautiful art villages and relaxing in the gardens or by the pool.
With Let’s cook in Umbria – singleTravellers will have the opportunity to meet other, like-minded people to share the holiday experiences, to make friends and, hopefully, to enjoy a truly memorable stay in the heart of Italy.
And that’s not forgetting fantastic food, the wines, the beautiful Umbrian cities and panoramic views!
Our Options for Solo Traveler
All our Culinary Programs are available year round for minimum 2 people. Solo traveler have two options:
- Join a Booked Group ( see in the page Solo Travelers)
- Subscribe to our SOLO TRAVELERS WISH LIST indicating when you want to do your trip and the Culinary Program you want to apply. With minimum 2 participants we will activate the Program. We will keep you informed about all the possibilities.
We offer the following single traveller holidays in Italy:
What do we offer on your activity holidays for singles
Accommodation in a lovely two room apartment of the farm. Each apartment is furnished in simple, authentic Umbrian style and the bedrooms are tastefully decorated with handmade beds either wrought-iron or wooden.
All the apartments are equipped with heating, hair dryers, TV, and free Wifi. Each apartment has a living space with a well equipped kitchenette and a double sofa bed, a double or twin bedroom and a bathroom. In our communal garden each apartment has its own area, quipped with table and chairs to have lunch or dinner al fresco. You will reserve the apartment only for you, no shared apartment!
Our cooking lessons allow you to immerse yourself in the lifestyle and culture of Italy and learn to cook authentic recipes in an informal and friendly environment. Our cooking lessons are totally hands-on. The teacher will teach you traditional Italian techniques of cooking and the history of each recipes.
Groups are never larger than 8 participants to ensure that everyone has enough space to get rolling.
New Year Eve in Italy: available for solo traveller
From 28 December to 1st January
Spent your New Year Eve in Umbria, in the heart of Italy, in a land rich in traditions and celebrations!
You will enjoy the numerous Christmas attractions visible only in this special period of the year like the unique Monumental Nativity in Cittàdella Pieve and our spectacular Christmas tree in Gubbio.
The Program includes: 4 night accommodation in 1 apartment of the farm, 3 cooking classes, 3 half day tours and the dinner of the New Year Eve.
