Live Online Cooking Classes

Interactive live streaming cooking classes for an authentic culinary experience

If you can’t come to our cooking school in Umbria, I will come into your home!

Live online cooking classes with Raffaella in the comfort of your kitchen. You will meet me on your smartphone or using a webcam on your computer. We will cook togheter and you can ask me questions during the cooking whenever you are confused or curious. The dishes you will prepare with Raffaella’s guide are the most traditional of Italy and based on seasonal and fresh ingredients.

Joining in my live online cooking class is like having me in your kitchen with you as you cook.

 

What you need

  • a portable device with a camera, audio and broadband internet connection.
  • download and install the Zoom Application ( I will send you instructions)

 

In the class the participants get to prepare from scratch a 3 courses meal under my instruction: appetizer, first course, and dessert or first course, second course and dessert.
The length of the class is about 2 to 2,30 hours, even if the time is flexible following the requests of the participants.

HOW IT WORKS:

The Online Cooking Classes are available year round from Monday to Sunday on request.


The length of the class is about 2 to 2,30 hours: the time is flexible following the requests of the participants.

 

Please note these classes are held in ENGLISH.

 

  • Choose the recipes you want to realize in the class in the list available in the page  THE RECIPES
  • Send me your the Request Form where you will indicate in what day you want to do the class, the kind of class (standard, private, temabuilding), the number of tickets you want to buy.
  • I will check the availability and I will send you the Online Booking Form to buy the tickets.

 

Before the Online Cooking Class

After you book your online cooking class you will receive by email copies of the recipes, the list of the ingredients and of the required kitchen tools. I offer my assistance to find ingredients and tools. I will send you instruction how download and install Zoom Application. I will send you the Zoom invite for our Zoom Cooking class.

During the class

On the agreed day and time we will meet in the Zoom Cooking class and we will cook together our menu; you have the opportunity to talk with me,  ask questions and have real time support.

After the class

In the next 24 hours you will receive your Diploma of Italian Cooking and a PDF Ebook made with the best screenshots of our class SEE AN EXAMPLE

Choose your Online Cooking Class

 

Every ticket is meant to be for 1 Zoom connection, so if you are 2 or 3 cooking at the same time in your house no problem (you can buy 1 ticket), but if you are more persons cooking from different households you need to book for how many households you will connect from.

 

Standard Online Cooking Class

In this cooking class you will realize a 3 course menu: appetizer, fresh pasta with seasonal sauce and dessert. The  cost of the Tickets is 50 euro and the class is confirmed for minimum 2 tickets, maximum 5 tickets. MORE INFO

 

Let’s Make Pasta

Each Friday at 11,00 PM Rome ( it corresponds to 5.00pm Eastern / 4pm Central / 2.00pm Pacific)  we propose a 1.5 hour Online Class to learn to how to do one Pasta shape with seasonal sauce. Cost of the ticket 30 euro, buy with Paypal. MORE INFO

Private Online Cooking Class

Our Private Online Cooking Class are organized only for your group of frends or relatives, you will buy 5 tickets and you will decide  the menu and the  starting time of your class.
