ITALIAN CLASSES – Italian language courses during your cooking holiday in Umbria

Let's Cook in Umbria offers you the possibility to study Italian in the beautiful region of Umbria and to join the Italian lessons with our popular cooking classes.

Our small group Italian classes ( maximum 8 partecipants) are very informal and amusing and take place exactly where you are lodged! You can choose among beginner or elementary level, intermediate level or advanced level. Your expert teacher will focus on specific topics according to your previous knowledge and your needs, and you will learn in an amusing setting.

The teaching hours can be integrated with very interesting walks to the local street markets, medieval towns or to small local museums.
The teacher provides a lot of useful advice in order for the participants to go on learning Italian also after their holidays for a long term study. Teacher is native-speakers with the certified ability to teach Italian as a foreign or second language

We take into account your current knowledge, the amount of time you have available to devote to the language, and the terminology you are looking for, e.g. ‘survival skills’ for beginners or more specialized terminology (financial, business, medical, technical) for advanced speakers. Intensive training is either on a one-on-one basis or can be arranged for a group of colleagues from the same organization.

You will have accommodation in the apartments of the farmhouse "La volpe e l'uva". It is in the beautiful heart of the Umbria valley, sourrounded by 10 hectares of olive groves, vineyards and fruit trees. Six independent apartments have been restored around the ancient stone house, which dates back to the 17th century. It is only 4km far from the historic centre of Perugia and offers a suggestive view of the Umbrian hills. Reservations are on request for any day, year round, based upon availability, for a minimum of two people.

DAY BY DAY ITINERARY OF THE 7 DAYS PACKAGES: COOKING AND ITALIAN LESSONS

Day 1 - Arrive in Perugia
Arrival at the country farm "La volpe e l'uva" (Perugia, Central Italy, Umbria, near Tuscany). Check-in your apartment at 4:00pm.

Day 2 - You have the day to yourselves to do some sightseeing or just enjoy the peaceful surroundings. An ideal day to make a trip to Perugia 4 km far from the farm. You can of course stay at the apartment and relax at the pool. Dinner reservations can be made at a restaurant of your choice.

Day 3, 4, 5, 6
Hands-on cooking class starts around 10:00 am. You will prepare a four course lunch that you will eat at the end of the class, accompanied by our wines.
Three hours of italian lessons in the afternoon.

Day 6
Three hour if italian lesson in the morning (1 hours= 45 minutes).

Day 7 - Departure
